Starting a new role can feel overwhelming, but don't worry—you won't be expected to remember everything at once. Your first week is about getting to know Decrolux, meeting your team, understanding how we work, and becoming familiar with our systems and processes. Take the opportunity to ask questions, get involved, and make the most of your training. We're here to support you every step of the way, and by the end of your first week you'll have a solid foundation to begin contributing with confidence.
